A sneak preview at Blog.com’s local flavo(u)rs

Ladies and gentlemen,

As we’ve recently written, we are glad to inform you we’re making extra efforts to offer you a localized blogging experience! The bottom line is that from now on,

  • you’ll experience blog.com in the language of your choice, and
  • to make things just a bit spicier, the designers at blog.com chose to play around with national stereotypes to bring you a funny look on today’s nations.

What does it mean? Well, in lieu of having the usual language / country icons, you’ll have small men (minimen, happy bloggers from around the world) reflecting their very own customs. From the British and their gentlemanlike umbrellas to the Olympic Greeks with their white, blue-lined togas…

Just to make your mouths water, here’s a sneak preview of the Italian profile… with a pizza, need we mention it?

Italian pizza for lunch?
