We have updated the Terms of Service. You may want to review the new conditions, available at http://blog.com/terms-of-service/. In short, the review changes the text to be a little less legalese and more readable, while adding a new section on blog suspension and deletion based on inactivity.
Blog.com’s blog deletion rules, which were not publicly stated are as follows: We delete blogs that are considered inactive. A blog is inactive if it fulfills none of these conditions:
(i) It subscribes any premium service.
(ii) It contains more than ten posts, and the most recent post is less than eighteen months old.
(iii) It contains more than one post, and the most recent post is less than six months old.
(iv) Its most recent post is less than two weeks old.
Blog deletion is preceded by suspension, and the blog owner is warned by email one month prior to any irreversible data deletion.

very good
Thank you for good blogs..
Yay
Anyways, I’m hoping you’ll see this.. can you add something to the site, so we can navigate and see other people’s blogs more easily? There is a community of 2 million bloggers, but to view people’s blogs we have to search a certain topic. Can blog.com consider adding a “recent posts” sort of thing or a way you can view random blogs? (like on blogger ^^)
Thanks,
Sarah
wow…. congratulations
One of your representative at the Support Desk had said that you would be leavng out inactive blogs. What happened to that policy? Would you like to share with us that inactive blogs are being migrated to the new platform?
