Since the beginning of the year we proposed ourselves to improve our Support Center, in order to help all Blog.com users to overcome any difficulties in the use of their blog.
Therefore, we have finished a first phase of introduction of frequently asked questions in the Support Center Knowledge base.
The Knowledge Base is organized into 9 different categories according to the Dashboard menus:
- Basic usage
- Premium Features
- Posts and Pages
- Media
- Appearance
- Links
- Comments
- Users
- Settings
You may continue to contact us if you have any problem for which you can’t find an answer, as well as send us suggestions / comments about problem solutions that you think should be included in the Knowledge base.


The information above very helpful for me as a new registered user.The describtion is very clearful and can be understood.Im really happy to be in Blog’s family as a member and i’m willing to learn more features and benefits in here.Hope I can be guided by those are most experienced here.thank you .
