How to create a link...

There are three ways to do this. Please refer tohttp://our.blog.com/album/85437/ for screenshots of what I'm discussing below

  1. The simpler way consists in using the functionalities provided by the post editor. One of the buttons (see screenshot in the album above) is a shortcut for inserting a link. First select a word or a set of words in your post and then click on the button. A Javascript window will pop-up and prompt you for the link you want to add. Just fill it in and click OK. You're all set.
  2. But what if you want to do it manually (you have a huge amount of links for example). Just tick the option view source (once again view screenshot) and edit your HTML code there. More information about the link tag ? Check this page out: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/links.html
  3. Return to the normal editor by unticking the view source option. You can directly paste a link you copied from another web page by clicking in the editor zone and then pressing the Paste shortcut (i.e. Ctrl+V with your keyboard).
Useful, unclear, neat ? Give us your thought in the Comments zone.
